In September 1980, Lady Diana
Spencer was photographed while
working at the Young England
Kindergarten. The infamous outfit
is recreated, the skirt from
authentic vintage Liberty of
London cotton in a pretty floral
heart pattern--the same brand and
print as Diana's; the shirt is lilac
cotton, and the vest is purple
jersey knit. The ensemble is $150,
and the skirt alone is $75.
When Diana visited the Middle
East in November 1996,
Catherine Walker created an
elegant gown that respected the
traditions of the culture. To
replicate the original, this gown
is fashioned from vintage bridal
lace and satin and the bodice is
adorned with tiny sequins. Only
one will be available. $300

gown to a charity gala at Harrod's in March 1996. This

"Grandeur" doll dress for the bodice and matching pale
blue silk for the skirt. The bodice has been enhanced
with hand embroidery and the skirt includes a short
train, details which further replicate the original. This
gown is $125, plus $10 for pale blue silk from Sylvia
Braden. NOTE: You must provide the short blue
"Grandeur" dress for the bodice. Please contact us for

In 1988, Diana and Steffi Graf played a match at the
Vanderbilt Tennis Club. Diana's one-piece tennis dress was
made from white (the bodice) and blue-and-white striped
cotton (the skirt and bodice insert), over which she wore a
pink cashmere cardigan sweater by Jasper Conran. That
tennis ensemble has been recreated in the softest, highest
quality cottons and 100% pure cashmere. The skirt of the
dress has been hand pleated, and the sweater contains real
pockets. The dress and sweater set is currently limited to
eight (8) ensembles and costs $200. The tennis dress is
sold out, but the cashmere sweater is available for
$50.

REPLICAS AS

Diana very often dressed in tribute to the occasion. Never was
this more evident and creative than when she chose a form-
fitting, daring Catherine Walker gown for the premiere of “Back
to the Future” in 1985. The burgundy crushed velvet gown
hugged her curves and had a low V neckline in the back.
Nestled in the V back was a long strand of knotted pearls!
Accenting the back of the dress was a large bow of burgundy,
black-shot taffeta. That gown has been replicated in luxurious
burgundy crushed velvet and burgundy taffeta shot with black.
The pearl necklace is included. $90
